Job Description

The Operations Support Administrator - AR Will assist with accounts receivables, invoice processing, billing, filing and customer service duties supporting the office operation of a modern data center.
Serving as an integral member of the Operations Support team, a successful candidate assists with tenant invoicing, purchasing, tracking of expenditures, and other duties for the Data Center. They will be able to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as the ability to interface with all levels of personnel professionally and effectively. Candidates must possess the ability to be punctual, reliable, detail oriented, and able to handle pressure.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides a high level of service to tenants, vendors, co-workers and guests
  • Assisting in monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries on customer accounts
  • Professionally manage collection calls with customers. Coordinate for resolution
  • Responsible for some quarterly and annual reporting
  • Prepare invoices for payment and power bill reconciliation
  • Assists manager with tenant invoicing
  • Works cross-functionally with team members to drive projects forward
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality regarding information and situations
  • Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, dependable, and hard-working individual with ability to work well in a team as well as an individual contributor
  • Account Receivables lead experience
  • A driven Operations Administrator
  • Acute attention to detail and a dedication to providing high quality work products
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities in order to drive better quality, delivery, and cost performance
  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data Center operations familiarity a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Education and Experience

  • 2 years undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years Accounts Receivable experience a plus
